Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on AccoDrop, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are registering on behalf of a firm or client, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Services Description

AccoDrop provides a document repository, receipt ingestion, and bookkeeping collaboration portal connecting Clients and Accountants. We do not provide statutory audit, formal tax advice, or certified public accounting services directly.

3. Accountant & Bookkeeper Rules

Accountants registering on this platform confirm that they hold active professional practicing certificates (e.g., ICAEW, ACCA, AAT, ATT, ICAS) and maintain valid professional indemnity insurance. Accountants are sole tax agents for their connected clients.

4. Data Ownership & Storage

All scanned documents, invoices, and bank statements remain the property of the client. AccoDrop reserves the right to archive or purge documents following subscription lapses or compliance requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

AccoDrop is not liable for data entry inaccuracies, incorrect tax category allocations by AI modules, or missing HMRC filing deadlines.
